Summary: Needs a good deep cleaning. A lot of dust in corners, carpet badly stained, etc. only one floor had a working ice maker. Front doors were not working and a note on door to manually open or call for help. Pool and hot tub out of order and all water drained. A treadmill out of order. Couldn't get in our room. Determined dead battery so gave us a different room because didn’t have batteries. Out of breakfast an hour before the service ended. Only protein on menu was bacon. Felt like woke the front desk person up to check us in. Was nice but felt awkward. Overall we slept fine and felt safe. Property just seemed unkept and maybe not enough money to keep it in better order.

Summary: Had an issue with the tv remote, a towel hook which came off its base, and a dresser drawer sliding open when clothes were place in it. As soon as I reported the issue with the remote the front desk person came up to the room to address the problem. They 1st tried reprogramming the remote, then replacing the remote, and then offered us a new room.
